Tech Lead Developer

As a Technical Lead, you'll provide technical leadership to one of our product-based development squads, focusing on delivering Acorn's market-leading specialist insurance products. This role requires strong full-stack development knowledge in React and C# (.NET 8) to lead software development across our existing front-end technologies. You'll need to be a strong team leader and problem solver, with a continuous desire to learn and adapt.

What You Will Be Doing

Cutting quality code built to specification
Providing technical leadership to developers in your squad
Offering technical guidance to product managers, project managers, and business analysts
Writing unit and integration tests
Contributing to daily scrum meetings
Demonstrating your working software
Contributing to sprint planning with tasks and estimations
Being part of the wider Acorn development community
