Job Duties

• Implement high concurrency and high error-handling frameworks in Java to build scalable software.
• Use advanced software engineering principles to build systems for web security so that our customers have a secure and branded experience when they access Salesforce.
• Develop features that allow admins to customize their hostnames and choose from a variety of options for serving their domains.
• Closely work with different business sectors that have strict and unique requirements to understand and build solutions for their specific business needs.
• Prioritize security and maximize customer origin security by staying up to date with network security standards.
• Write automated, unit, and functional tests to maintain the highest quality possible for our software.
• Troubleshoot internal and external applications around a multi-tiered service stack.
• Lead and own projects of varying complexity and ambiguity end-to-end for new and upcoming domains and business fronts.

• Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field; OR
• Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
• A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
