We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help build intuitive, scalable, and performant digital experiences across FuturHealth’s web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and Data teams to ship high-quality user-facing features that drive engagement and impact. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone passionate about frontend development, clean code, and delivering best-in-class experiences to millions of users.

What You’ll Do

Build, optimize, and maintain FuturHealth’s frontend applications (React / React Native).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that meet product and user needs.
Contribute to code quality standards, frontend testing practices, and CI/CD improvements.
Optimize performance, accessibility, and scalability across devices and platforms.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentorship of junior engineers.
Ensure frontend work aligns with healthcare privacy and security standards (HIPAA, HiTrust).

About You

Experience:

4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Solid track record building and shipping user-facing features in production environments.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in React (Next.js a plus) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with frontend performance optimization and responsive design best practices.
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
Comfortable working with component libraries and design systems

Mindset & Communication:

Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to clean code and best practices.
Strong communicator who collaborates well across functions.
Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience working in healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries.
