We are on the lookout for a skilled Frontend Engineer with a strong background in React to join our forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will excel in tackling complex technical challenges, optimizing performance, and managing projects from concept through to production. You should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fully remote environment, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and drive iterative solutions. Familiarity with NodeJS, GraphQL, or gRPC are a plus.

Key experience and skills:

Proven experience with React
Proven ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organisational issues, and propose iterative solutions
Experience with performance and optimization problems and a proven ability to both diagnose and prevent these issues
Experience working in agile environments with an iterative software development process
Effective communication skills: clearly communicate status updates, ability to achieve consensus with peers
Experience owning a project from concept to production including discovery, discussion and execution
Self-motivated and self-managing with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fully remote organisation
Experience with writing unit and integration tests
Experience with Git and Github
Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Self-starting, independent, goal-oriented and numbers-driven
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous environment
